End-User License Agreement

Effective date：May 3, 2026

This EULA governs your use of the Kora applications. Installing or using Kora indicates that you accept this agreement.

1. License grant

Starry Ambition grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Kora applications on devices you own or control, solely for operating your shop.

2. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Kora applications, or transfer the applications to a third party.

3. Updates

Kora applications update automatically through the App Store. Updates are governed by this EULA unless we publish a new one.

4. Termination

This EULA terminates if you breach it. On termination, you must uninstall and stop all use of the Kora applications.

5. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles.
