Welcome to Kora Boss, provided by Starry Ambition. This policy explains, in plain language, what data we collect when you use our mobile apps and related services, how we use it, and how we protect it — in line with App Store privacy requirements.
1. What we collect, and why
To run a SaaS service and give you analytics, we collect and carefully handle the following types of data. These are linked to your user identity:
- Contact info:Name, email address, phone number, and physical address. Used for account creation, app functionality, and necessary customer communication. Some email addresses may be used for product announcements and partner-network advertising.
- Identifiers:A user ID is used solely to identify your account and provide core app functionality.
- User content:Emails or text messages, uploaded photos or videos, customer-support records, and other user-generated content. Used only to operate the app and resolve your issues.
- Purchases:Purchase history, used to grant you the appropriate subscription entitlements and for our internal revenue analytics.
- Financial info:Payment information, used to authorise in-app purchases and subscription billing.
- Usage data:Product interactions, advertising data, and other usage data. Used for analytics that improve the experience and to support certain app features.
- Diagnostics:Crash data, performance data, and other diagnostic data. Used to find code defects and improve stability.
2. Protection and security
All connections use HTTPS/TLS end-to-end encryption. Business data and passwords are stored as one-way hashes and isolated in our cloud servers. We will never sell your business orders or customer data to a third party.
3. Your rights and how to delete data
You can review, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. Edit information directly in the app, or submit an account-deletion request to have us physically destroy all of our records of you.
4. Updates to this policy
As the business and applicable laws evolve, we may update this policy. For material changes, we will notify you in advance via in-app push or email.
