How does white-glove activation work?

Order a hardware bundle. We pre-pair the iPad, the card reader, and the printer to your account before shipping. You unbox it, plug it in, and Kora is already running. No setup screens.

How do referral codes work?

Open Kora Boss → Refer & earn. Share your link or code. When the invitee subscribes, they save $60 a year (or $15 a month). You earn a commission to your Kora wallet on every renewal.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Kora. Or from inside Kora Boss → Settings → Subscription. Apple handles the cancel.

I opened a new shop. How do I add it?

Boss → Settings → Shops → Add shop. Apple computes the upgrade prorated, so you only pay the difference between what you have and the new total.

Can I migrate data from another POS?

Yes. Email us with a CSV export of your customer list and last six months of transactions. The Kora team migrates you within five business days.
